本片改編自《三國演義》之「連環計」，由四屆亞洲影后林黛飾演貂蟬。劇情講述漢朝末年，太師董卓(羅維飾)專權禍國，諸侯群起聲討。忠臣王允(楊志卿飾)利用貂蟬的美色，離間董卓和其義子呂布(趙雷飾)，終使父子反目，呂布殺了董卓，並和貂蟬成為眷屬。。一个英俊的陌生人声称一对夫妇的15岁女儿在出生时被调换了，这让他们完美的家庭陷入了混乱，揭开了令人震。Two groups of young people, from two opposed worlds, who have two things in common: one, they are passionate about dancing and acting| and two, they are going through that period in which life forces them to define their path.。
