故事讲述繁华长安发生诡异大火，大火遇水则旺，与此同时东城内爆发瘟疫，男主角辛礼与师父庚康全力施救却效果甚微。坊间开始流传，所有诡异事件都源自于太子失德遭到了天谴，而辛礼的师父庚康也被收押成为了阶下囚遭到毒害。辛礼为了还太子清白以及查明师父庚康的死因展开调查。辛礼在调查中发现，越来越多的毒虫出现在长安城各个角落，时值太子生辰，围绕太子的阴谋也渐渐浮出水面……。庆祝中华人民共和国成立75周年，纪录片《三大战役》以真实影像和原始文献为基础，通过采访专家和战争亲历者，用地图演示、情景再现等手段，全景式展现了辽沈、淮海、平津三大战役的战争历程，从更为广阔的视角出发，解读三大战役的重大历史意义，回答：为什么中国共产党能够带领全国人民最终赢得胜利，建立新中国？。Detective Murdoch finds that the man behind a flying machine that crashes in Toronto is none other than his old nemesis, James Pendrick.
