日丸屋秀和创作的网络漫画「黑塔利亚」，是一部以世界历史为作品主轴，将多个国家以及该国的文化以及风土民情拟人化的作品。去年根据其改编的动画版，却因诸多事宜而无法在电视上播映，只能在“mobile animate”和“animate tv”上连载，虽说局限了观看平台，但也无法阻挡动画的高人气。除了锐意制作中的剧场版「银幕黑塔利亚 Axis Powers Paint it, White」(2010年6月5日公映)，动画版第3期也将于3月继续以网络配信的形式播放。。故事讲述了在唐丰年间，一个名为无名的少年法曹，在破获一起案件时被意外当作杀人犯而需自证清白，却在调查案件的过程中无意间与武艺超群的黎冲和来自西域精通奇门异术的玉剑缨一起被卷入血藤案件中，起初他们相互牵制，但由于案件过于扑朔迷离，他们不得不临时组成探案小队，共同为解开案情真相努力。三人从最开始的敌对变成各怀目的到最后放下成见，共同历练，最终在这段跌宕的冒险中找到了自我，并一同破解了谜案，彼此收获了人生挚友的故事。。The woman at the other end of Sam's marriage proposal over the telephone is Diane.
