本片由四个故事组成，主要讲述了因果轮回，为自己过去的行为买单。《有故事的人》里的三角债，《审丑时代》里整容失败的嫦娥，《老二》里不信自己信大仙的段老二，《IP》里一心抄袭、抵制原创的牛主编，他们或因债务的上家和下家压得喘不过气，或因他人的审美标准不断地作贱自己的外表，也有因为封建迷信而放弃了自己本职的事情，更有为了金钱利益，不惜盗用他人创意和想法，这些都是因为他们当初种下了不良的“因”，才会得到如今令人或嬉笑或惋惜的“果”。。Adult Swim 又一招牌菜《机器肉鸡》，由Seth jijikb.com Green带领他的工作室，被Cartoon Network购买的一款泥人动画节目，主要恶搞各类电视电影作品，流行什么恶搞什么，同时以Robot Chicken作为命题，表示当前美国观众正在被铺天盖地的各类媒体洗脑成为一个个“肉鸡”，每30分钟一集，排在和档期之后每天午夜在Cartoon Network午夜剧场播放。。Two high level scuba-divers and long-time friends, Don and Dave, broke a world record for depth in the Boesmansgat cave in South Africa.
