故事发生在湖南省某医院。叶紫（朱丹 饰）是一名妇产科医生，与丈夫陶腾（魏千翔 饰）在同一家医院上班，最近传出丈夫和艺人林一菲（李依晓 饰）有暧昧关系，与此同时陶腾又因涉嫌吃回扣被警方带走，受牵连的叶紫被调到了仁雅医院，而此时叶紫发现自己怀孕了。叶紫的到来引起周围人非议，认为她的转院名不正言不顺。科主任杨俊波（何晟铭 饰）在与叶紫诊疗一个妇产病历中产生磨擦，但随着对学术的争论竟使两人碰出爱的火花，叶紫经过综合考虑接受了杨俊波的爱。就在这时，陶腾吃回扣一案因查无实据被无罪释放，叶紫面临着两难选择，而周围同事也议论纷纷。面对人生两难，叶紫选择了出国进修......。The film, directed and executive produced by W.
