二战期间，日军侵略中国。熟黯功夫的僧人天法，在寺门附近救了一个被日军追杀的地下工作者。此人身受重伤，弥留前将一幅有关日军军力分布的地图交给天法，求天法送到卧龙镇他的同志。天法冲破日军包围上路，身上带了一只木盒，盒内是寺内最珍贵的经文，中途遇上两个小流氓阿龙与马可，二人以为天法木盒内是珍宝，所以不断要偷天法的木盒，天法武功高强，几次打败两个小流氓。但由于不识往卧龙镇的路途，只有与二人合作。。大朔王朝的宫墙下暗流汹涌，齐王作为安国皇叔，早在多年前就暗中策划了一场惊天阴谋，残忍谋杀先皇，自此权倾朝野，朝堂上下尽在其掌控之中。年轻的皇帝楚霖，深知自己势力尚弱，为了藏拙同时也为了降低齐王的警惕，他毅然以清修之名将朝堂大权拱手相让...。One day, thinking that it will make your wife and friends smile, you shave off the moustache that you have had for the last ten years. Viewers who like their conclusions tidy may rebel, but those who relish outstanding performances in the service of an intriguing idea will be entertained.
