立花明海的单调生活里，唯一的慰藉就是阅读。自从他的女友在海边意外丧生后他就不与他人来往。明海因一本二手书而认识了茜。她告诉明海，那是因为她在心里戴上了一副闪闪发光的眼镜，让她看到的东西都闪闪发亮了起来。然而互相吸引的两人在多次出游聊天后，明海才知道茜有一个卧病在床的男友……。湘西武陵山区的土家寨子村支书希望借由一场婚礼，逐渐恢复土家传统文化，进而带动经济发展。村民全子科听从支书建议，决定按土家传统操办长子婚礼。这一决定遭到了妻子的反对。老村长也因为村委会全力协助办婚礼而不满。得知不能穿婚纱的新娘也开始对婚礼意兴阑珊。在不满和反对声中，婚期悄悄临近。。Kathy is married to Peter.
