一个倒霉到家的少年野上良太郎，因为意外被不良少年们缠上，也因此无意间捡到了叶奈所遗失的通行证，路上又被异魔神悄悄附身。机缘巧合下良太郎打开了通往时间列车的门，并且遇上了列车员直美却觉得没有异状..... 之后叶奈告诉良太郎关于特异点以及电王的事情，他们遇上了被异魔神附身的不良少年...良太郎与众异魔神共同战斗、搞笑、悲伤的故事就从一句"本大爷登场"展开。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。
