战后荒岛物种变异巨兽横行，地理杂志生物专栏的年轻编辑们登上这座荒岛进行考察，被巨型食人蚁、毒蝎等体型异常的物种疯狂围猎，幸好得到一群雇佣兵的救助。结伴同行的两队人马越深入荒岛中心越觉得毛骨悚然，惊扰了岛上的众多巨兽，还被卷入变异巨蟒和巨型大猩猩的怪兽争霸中……。The story begins in today Istanbul, when a woman called Işık (Bade İşçil) arrives at an old house.
